Justin Moomey
Co-Owner

Justin Moomey is one of our Co-Owners.

Growing up in Nebraska Justin attended Hastings College where he played Football and Golf while earing a degree in Marketing. After college he moved to Colorado in 2003. Construction was always part of Justin's life starting at just 15 years old he worked for a local residential contractor back home in Nebraska. Later after moving to Colorado he owned Chaos Canyon Construction until he sold it in December of 2020, after which he worked for a commercial contractor and built car dealerships, city pools, and outdoor parks. With 30 years of Residential and Commercial construction experience he has the knowledge and skills to create spaces that exude quality and style.

Justin lives in Windsor, CO with his wife Erin and their two children Jack and Elise. He enjoys golfing in the summers and skiing in the winter with his family.

Matt Von Tersch
Co-Owner

Matt’s passion for construction began early, following his dad from job site to job site as a child. Growing up around the industry—his father a Northern Colorado homebuilder and co-owner of one of the area’s first local semi-production homebuilding companies—Matt developed a deep, lifelong commitment to the craft. That early exposure inspired him to work in the trades throughout high school and college as an electrician before eventually building homes on his own.

With more than 30 years immersed in residential, commercial, industrial, and tenant-finish construction, Matt’s career reflects both longevity and a genuine love for the industry. He is known not only for his technical expertise and ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, but for the relationships he builds along the way. Matt believes people are the foundation of every successful project, and his long-standing partnerships with trusted trades, suppliers, and clients speak to the respect and loyalty he has earned over decades.

Matt lives in his hometown of Windsor with his wife Ivy and their three children—Maddy, Sophia, and Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching youth baseball in the summertime.
